My last birthday

In my last birthday I had to study for the exam but I can say that my last birthday has been one of the best because all my family and my friends made a lot of special things for me.My parents gave me a lot of money and they invited me to eat at a restaurant. My sister gave me shoes and two t-shirts, all of the presents were very nice. My brother came to the room where I study with his son and sang happy birthday with a bouquet of flowers that he gave me. And finally my friends gave me a lot of clothes and shoes.
So, It was an unforgettable day.

Derreck Kayongo

Derreck Kayongo is a man who helps needed people just only manufacturing recycled soap, because after surviving in a civil war in Uganda and staying some years in a refugee camp in Kenyahe, he had an experience in a hotel in EEUU that opened his eyes and he funded global soap project.
I think that in this society people are very superficial and there are many people who are selfish persons, because when we have everything we want more and we do not think about the other people who have nothing.

LONDON

London is without any doubt one of the cites that appears in movies, appears in books, appears in songs because is a nice city. For this reason a person who comes to visit London must be a few days to know the city and the beautiful places.

In my opinion, I think that I will have to visit this city because I have never been in this town.

OPINION ESSAY

Is it necessary to use the mobile phone every day? To the point of?
Nowadays, lots of people use a phone for business purposes but, what about teenagers?
Children ask their family for a mobile phone before being 12 years old and she/he has not even left the toys.
These days it's ok to use the mobile phone to work and use it to you talk to friends promtly but not right use it every day and isolated life.
So, I think that society is becoming a consumer society and teenagers grow so fast.

FORMAL LETTER

17A, Ettenheim
Castelló d'Empúries
Girona (Spain)
13th April, 2015
MR Mariano Rajoy
Complejo de la Moncloa
Avda. Puerta de Hierro s/n
26071 Madrid
 Mr Mariano Rajoy
I write this formal letter because I would like to express my discomfort with the way this country is ruled.
A few days ago I saw a piece of news about education. Mr Mariano Rajoy, the education above all, because if it wasn't for the education this country will not progress. Now, I'll ask a question; why...? why make responsible a Jose Ignacio Wert? Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not the education. As said the giant Nelson Mandela "education is the most powerful weapon wich you can use the change the world".
So Mr president, I would like you think a little in this point and make a change.

Sincerely,

Alexandra Puentedura

News - human right

Islamic State militants have claimed responsibility for the museum attack in Tunisia that killed 21, most of whom were tourists. Armed with Kalashnikovs and grenades, the terrorists sprayed gunfire at tourists getting off buses outside the museum and then charged inside.

The slaughter was also seen as a deliberate attempt to destabilize Tunisia, which was the birthplace of the Arab Spring. Some of the attackers are believed to still be at large.

I think that the problems that have the countries must be resolved among them and no attack against the tourists because they are persons and have a rights.

Sandwiches

In the British culture an interesting thing is the obsession for  sandwiches. In London you find sandwiches everywhere, for example in Starbucks including in the pharmacy.

I think that the people of the British culture have a big problem, because is probably the cause of the children obesity.
